By accessing or using trangroup.org (the “site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the site.

Tran Group is a New York real-estate redevelopment firm that acquires distressed New York City buildings, renovates them full-scope, brings them to current code, and delivers safe, livable homes. This site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.

To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Please read this section carefully:

• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest, partnership or membership interest, or any other investment, in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

Information you submit through the contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the form. Any non-personal ideas, suggestions, or feedback you choose to send us may be used by Tran Group for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

Submitting an inquiry does not create any agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or advisory relationship between you and Tran Group.

The site and its contents — including text, images, graphics, the Tran Group name and logo, and the overall look and feel — are owned by Tran Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the site in the ordinary course of browsing.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAN GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAN GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAN GROUP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tran Group and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any claim, we encourage you to contact us first at anna@trangroup.org so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tran Group regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
